When fulfilling manpower requirements, we carryout interviews locally and submit short listed applications to our foreign Clients. In the event that they are satisfied, a representative of our Foreign Client may visit Sri Lanka and we will arrange all travel itinerary and hotel accommodation. Representative of the foreign client may conduct the final interviews in Colombo.

We will appoint competent professionals in the relevant field to the representative to select precise candidates. Also our consultants can conduct interviews on behalf of the foreign clients per their instructions. Where required we can provide webcam and skype facilities to conduct interviews and we assure to our foreign principals that all transactions and dealings are professional and strictly in accordance with the regulations of the Foreign Employment Bureau of Sri Lanka.
